Publication method
The founder is a California recycling-center operator and industry stakeholder. That direct experience is a source of practical knowledge and also a perspective that must be disclosed. The platform does not claim to represent CalRecycle, every recycler, every processor, every retailer or the State of California.
Statutes, official legislative records, regulations, agency orders, government notices and official program databases are preferred. Secondary reporting may provide context but should not replace the controlling source for requirements, deadlines or bill status.
Material factual errors should be corrected promptly. Significant corrections should identify what changed and the correction date. Questions or correction requests may be sent to info@recyclingpolicy.org.
